I tried placing an order on thefitking.com it was frustrating from the start. The site kept freezing right when I got to checkout, and the payment page loaded twice, which made me wonder if I was about to get charged twice. Then I never even got a proper confirmation email. I reached out to customer support, but they took forever to respond and when they finally did, the answers were super vague and not helpful. I don’t have the patience to deal with that kind of mess again, so I wouldn’t order from them another time

I bought this thinking it would be easy enough to move around the house, but it’s heavier and more awkward than I expected. Folding it up sounds simple in theory, but in everyday use it’s a bit of a hassle. I live in a small flat, so being able to move things around without a struggle is important. Common sense says if something is marketed as portable, it should actually be easy to carry and store. I’ve ended up just leaving it in one corner because moving it is too annoying. Disappointing overall

I bought this from thefitking.com the battery life has been disappointing. Even with light use, it barely makes it through a full day, so I’m constantly having to charge it. It’s one of those same annoying issues again where you expect it to be better, but end up dealing with the charger all the time. Not really what I was hoping for.

The material is actually comfortable and doesn’t feel cheap or scratchy, which I appreciated. That said, the fit kind of ruined it for me a bit. The top sat nicely, but the bottoms were tighter than I expected, even though I went with my usual size.

Overall, it’s not terrible, but I definitely noticed the fit issue more than anything else. I might consider ordering again, but I’d probably size up next time just to avoid the same problem.

It gets warm enough for what I need. I wouldn’t say it’s anything amazing, but it does the job, and that’s mostly what I was hoping for. I kind of forget about it once it’s on, which is probably a good sign.
